o THE CONCEPT

4-Health Stakeholder Network (4-HSN) was developed to implement a healthcare system centered on patient needs and rights. The concept was created based on data collected from the Global e-PHR nonprofit initiative (www.ephr.org), which was launched in 2020 as a model of collective intelligence applied to healthcare.

Global e-PHR was designed to meet the objectives of all stakeholders, being an interactive tool for a new patient-centric clinical data flow in public and private healthcare systems.

PHR stands for Personal Health Record and is preceded by the letter e because it is in an electronic format, specifically designed to easily digitize clinical problem-solving methodology.

We collect name and password when you log in to access any restricted area created by 4-HSN participation. We also collect the data you provide when you interact with us via email or WhatsApp. We do not recommend that you provide personal data in the body of the message, but if you do, it will also be collected. Remember that you are also responsible for the care of your personal data and the personal data of those you share.

 

WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA AND HOW LONG DO WE KEEP IT?

We collect your personal data to respond to your question or comment posted in the contact tab. When communicating with physicians, their data is collected for propagation and referral. Personal data processed is used for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. When the interaction is no longer required, data are securely deleted.
