PACE OF CLINICAL DATA FLOW
4-HSN emerged as an algorithm specially developed to digitize clinical problem-solving methodology in an integrative medical care model. It is an inclusive approach, where clinical data belongs to the patient, who can access own personalized-Digital Health Record (DHR) in real time and anywhere in the world. Patient-centric clinical data portability would also address interoperability, enabling an ethically-driven data flow between all stakeholders, not only to guide specific healthcare needs, but also to provide anonymized bigdata for epidemiological signature and, hopefully, implementation of a new AI-driven research methodology.
Rhythm of clinical data flow by stakeholders. On the allegorical clock, the hour hand represents doctor-patient relationship and is the pacemaker for uploading primary clinical data. The specific download of clinical and personal patient data follows the rhythm of the clock’s minute hand. Interoperability, which dictates external processing of individual data or collective anonymized ones, would occur in real time worldwide, taking on the rhythm of second hand on imaginary clock.
