4-HSN was named in honor of the four dimensions included in the integrative care of the patient. Physical, emotional, cognitive and social care are equally covered by a good doctor-patient relationship in face-to-face consultations. However, cognitive intervention, in addition to being customized, often requires more exposure time. Therefore, 4-HSN platform included some general educational texts. Patients are trained to know how doctors think and are prepared to understand the natural history of their illnesses, which will further qualify shared decision-making. Although it is especially designed for patients and families, all healthcare stakeholders are invited to spend some time exploring the educational texts provided.

We collect name and password when you log in to access any restricted area created by 4-HSN participation. We also collect the data you provide when you interact with us via email or WhatsApp. We do not recommend that you provide personal data in the body of the message, but if you do, it will also be collected. Remember that you are also responsible for the care of your personal data and the personal data of those you share.

 

WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA AND HOW LONG DO WE KEEP IT?
